Our maple syrup is best stored in a cool, dark place such as a pantry or cupboard. Once opened, it should be refrigerated to maintain freshness, or frozen for long term storage. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

No, our syrup is 100% pure and natural, with no additives or preservatives. We believe in letting the natural sweetness of the maple tree shine through in every bottle.

Yes, all of our maple products are vegan-friendly. We do not use any animal products or by-products in our syrup or other maple treats.

This greatly depends on the sugar content of the sap which varies throughout the season, and from tree to tree. On average the ratio is usually 55:1 in our young sugarbush.

In our area we usually start tapping our trees in mid February and end up pulling taps by the 1st or 2nd week of April.

Maple sap flows best when daytime temperatures are above freezing (ideally around 40-45°F) and nighttime temperatures drop below freezing. This freeze-thaw cycle creates pressure changes inside the tree that cause sap to flow.
