Ingredients:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread Brussels sprouts onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are caramelized and tender.
